When you are confirmed a being pregnant please call into the reception, you will be asked to complete a GMS2 form which will then be passed to the midwife. The midwife will contact you to arrange an antenatal booking appointment at around 10 or 11 weeks after your last period.
You do not need to see a GP to claim for maternity services but if you feel you need to see a GP for any medical query or complication please contact the surgery.
