If you are planning a trip abroad and require specific vaccinations, it is advised that at least 10 weeks before traveling that a Pre-Travel Questionnaire is completed BEFORE arranging an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
Call us to request a electronic questionnaire to be sent to you (we do have paper forms available if you have no electronic device). You will then be contacted back in due course with the outcome.
Currently we provide the following vaccines free of charge:
- Hepatitis A
- Tetanus
- Diphtheria
- Polio
- Typhoid
We do provide Hepatitis B vaccines for holiday travel but their is a charge for the vaccination.
We do not provide the following vaccines:
- Japanese Encephalitis
- Ticke Borne Encephalitis
- Yellow Fever
- Rabies
Malaria prophylaxis is not available on the NHS. It can be obtained over the counter from your pharmacist and a dispensing fee will be charged.
