The Practice operates a ‘Practice-Based Complaints procedure’ as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints that may arise.
If an issue may arise please contact the Practice Manager and in the event of her being away from the Practice then please ask to speak to Mrs Joanne Street.
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may arise.

Should you have any concerns about how your information is managed at this Practice, please contact the Practice Manager. If you are still unhappy after we have responded to your concerns, you can then complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) via their website (www.ico.org.uk).
